Common reasons for mobile balance payment failures:

- Corporate phone numbers;
- Outstanding trust payments;
- No account activity since number activation;
- Initial balance not utilized;
- SIM card replaced within 24 hours before payment.

Passengers can freely register virtual transport cards through the app. Self-service registration is available for standard and student cards, while preferential cards require in-person verification at company offices with supporting documents.

Virtual transport cards can be recharged directly within this mobile application using your card number, or through third-party apps like Kaspi Bank and Halyk Bank (homebank).

1) Camera - Enables QR code scanning functionality

2) Location - Ensures accurate city map display, automatic bus detection for simplified fare payment (via GPS matching between passenger and bus), and route planning from current location to destination with transfer options. You may input destinations via map selection or text addresses.
