Hanoi 12 Days and Nights

Experience the 1972 Hanoi air victory, known as Dien Bien Phu in the air, which culminated in Operation Linebacker II.

Hanoi 12 Days and Nights, created by Pirex Games, is a historical experience focused on a revolutionary conflict. It aims to recreate a pivotal segment of the "Dien Bien Phu in the air"—the fierce defense mounted by the people of Hanoi against the U.S. imperialists' massive B-52 bombing campaign. This ultimately forced the U.S. government to sign the Paris Peace Accords in late December 1972, restoring peace to North Vietnam.

From the U.S. perspective, this conflict was designated Operation Linebacker II. Also referred to as the Dien Bien Phu in the air campaign, it marked the final major U.S. military operation against the Democratic Republic of Vietnam during the war. Conducted from December 18 to 30, 1972, it followed the collapse of the Paris Peace Talks due to irreconcilable disagreements between the two sides over the terms of the agreement.
