Royal Petrol fuel station loyalty rewards program
Royal Petrol LLP owns and operates fuel station networks under the Royal Petrol and Continent brands.
The Program is a customer loyalty initiative for both existing and new patrons of Royal Petrol fuel stations and Continent convenience stores. It rewards members through bonus points (Bonuses), exclusive discounts, and personalized offers based on their preferences.

Participant – An individual aged 14 or older who meets the legal requirements for minor household transactions under Kazakhstani law. Eligible participants must possess a valid individual identification number issued in accordance with Republic of Kazakhstan regulations.
Participant Registration Form - Personal information provided voluntarily by individuals joining the Program. By submitting this form, participants expressly consent to the processing of their personal data as per Kazakhstan's Personal Data Protection Law (No. 94-V dated May 21, 2013), including but not limited to digital marketing communications via email, messaging apps, SMS, phone calls, and postal mail. This consent remains effective until formally revoked in writing.
Virtual Card - A digital loyalty card available exclusively through the Mobile App without physical representation.

Mobile Application – Royal Petrol's proprietary software for iOS and Android devices that facilitates program participation.
Bonus Points (Bonuses) – Reward currency earned through qualifying purchases at Royal Petrol stations, where 1 point equals 1 tenge. Bonuses are redeemable only for products at Royal Petrol locations.
Bonus Account – A member's digital record tracking earned, redeemed, and available bonus points within the Program.
