Nine Inch Nails, formed in 1988, are veterans of the rock scene. The duo of Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross has sold more than 20 million records globally and earned 13 Grammy nominations. While both have individually composed film scores before, Tron: Ares marks the first official credit under the Nine Inch Nails banner. Their prior scoring work includes Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, The Social Network, and Soul.
