Candy Apple Cookie wields a giant lollipop, crushing enemies to reduce their attack and defense while simultaneously creating HP shields and boosting ally attack. His shattering lollipop shards further amplify enemy damage taken.
Spire of Shadows introduces "Confusion" and "Distortion" mechanics (first seen in Stage 7-4). Confusion increases damage taken by the team, but benefits Shadow Milk and Candy Apple Cookies. The "Domain of Deceit" effect on certain stages reduces damage to these Cookies, adding strategic complexity.
Players also join Pure Vanilla Cookie's journey to the Spire of All Knowledge, uncovering crucial memories and secrets impacting the Cookie World. Completing this episode unlocks Bear Jelly Balloon expeditions for Yeast Ore and increased Rainbow Pearls at the Trade Harbor.
A new Monster Menace event offers extra rewards, including Soulstones and Beascuits. The Monster Menace Marathon provides bonus rewards even after the event concludes for completing a set number of stages.
