Critical Role, the hugely popular Dungeons & Dragons show featuring voice acting stars like Matthew Mercer, Laura Bailey, and Travis Willingham, is bringing its epic Campaign 3 to a close next week with a spectacular eight-and-a-half-hour livestream event.
As reported by Polygon, the grand finale begins February 6th at 7 PM Pacific Time/10 PM Eastern Time (February 7th at 3 AM for UK viewers). Tune in on Critical Role's YouTube and Twitch channels, or via their membership service, Beacon.
This momentous episode concludes the captivating journey of the Bells Hells adventuring party, a tale that began back in October 2021. While no direct spin-offs or sequels for this specific story have been announced, Critical Role assures fans that the adventures in the world of Exandria will continue.
"This finale for Campaign 3 marks the end of one very epic chapter of Exandrian history," shared creative director and cast member Marisha Ray. "But while we celebrate the end of this chapter, the story continues with a simple turn of the page. I’m very excited to see what happens next in this story that remains to be written by the incredible emergent storytellers who are picking up the pen."
The end of Campaign 3 doesn't signal a pause for Critical Role. Another spin-off, the *Exandria Unlimited* mini-series, premieres its first of four episodes just a week later, on February 14th. Numerous other shows and streams are also planned for the future.
While the start date for Campaign 4 remains unannounced, past campaign breaks suggest a few months' wait is likely. Considering the first *Vox Machina* series concluded in October 2017, and *Mighty Nein* began in January 2018, and *Mighty Nein* ended in June 2021 before Campaign 3's October start, a similar timeframe seems probable. Perhaps Critical Role's 10th anniversary on March 12th might be a fitting occasion for an announcement, if not the launch of Campaign 4 itself.
