Accepting 'A Good Scrub'
Bathhouse Owner Betty offers "A Good Scrub" after you inquire about work from the Kuttenberg innkeeper. Note that Kuttenberg has two bathhouses; Betty's is in the southeast part of the city. Inform her you've heard she has work available and agree to find Matsek in Grund.
Matsek is wary of being seen with the women he is supposed to escort to the bathhouse as new employees. Approach the courtyard where he is waiting. You will find three women at a table. Speak with them, mention you are there for Betty, and then accompany them back to the city.
Promoting the Bathhouse
After returning with the women, Betty tasks you with promoting the bathhouse to attract customers. Practice the promotional spiel with her, then deliver it at the grain market, horse market, vintners' street, and merchants' street. Ensure you do this during daytime hours; wait until morning if you receive the quest too late in the day.

Cleaning the Bathhouse and Completing 'A Good Scrub'
Your next task is to clean the bathhouse thoroughly before the alderman arrives for an inspection. Failure to complete the cleaning tasks quickly enough will result in the bathhouse being shut down. If this happens, you will be unable to accept the subsequent quest, "Ill Repute," from Betty.
Locating Fleas for the 'Ill Repute' Quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
After passing the inspection, speak with Betty again. Inquire about the bathhouse's ongoing issues, and she will explain that the city council is deciding which establishment will be designated the main bathhouse. To influence the decision, you need to make the councillor leave the competing bathhouse. First, gather information on his dislikes by talking to Meaty Mary, Katcha, and Little Lida.
One method involves adding Chamomile Brew to the wine cask on the second floor of the rival bathhouse. Note that Lida will only reveal the councillor's preference for fragrant oils after you provide her with a noblewoman's dress from a tailor. To sabotage this advantage, you can lockpick a cabinet on the third floor and steal the oils.
Finally, Katcha mentions that the bathhouse previously had a flea problem. To find a flea-infested item in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, head to the east gate of Kuttenberg City. There, you will find a small beggar camp. Search the sacks in the camp to locate a flea-infested blanket, which is the most challenging item to acquire for this quest.
Once you have the fleas, return to the rival bathhouse and go back to the room with the wine cask. When no one is watching, interact with the laundry baskets. Pour the fleas into both Councillor Naaz's laundry basket and the general clean laundry basket.
If you struggle to find the flea-infested item in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, remember that you only need to successfully complete one of the three sabotage tasks to convince the councillor to leave. After finishing this quest, you can proceed to others, such as "Axe from the Lake."
