This update centers around the lively Mikawa Flower Festival, a celebration that unites humans and youkai in a shared spectacle of color and tradition. As part of the event, Raiden Shogun joins the festivities to investigate a strange and recurring nightmare. While the mystery unfolds, players can immerse themselves in delightful new minigames such as A Little Fox's Daydream and Bunshin Phantasm. Participating in these activities earns Festival Stamps, which can be exchanged for exclusive rewards—including the charming four-star polearm, Tamayuratei no Ohanashi.
Beyond the festivities, the spotlight shines on Yumemizuki Mizuki, the highly anticipated five-star Anemo Catalyst user. Serving as both a clinical psychologist and a major shareholder of the Aisa Bathhouse, Mizuki brings a unique blend of intellect and elemental prowess to the battlefield. Her versatile skill set makes her a valuable addition to any team, offering both utility and combat strength.
Mizuki will make her debut in the first phase of Version 5.4’s Event Wishes, accompanied by a rerun for Sigewinne. The second phase features reruns of fan favorites Furina and Wriothesley. If you miss her initial banner, don’t worry—Mizuki will later join the Standard Wish pool following the Version 5.5 update.
