As expected, Mortal Kombat 1 players have quickly discovered the secret battle against Floyd, the mysterious pink ninja, shortly after the guest character Conan the Barbarian was introduced. However, the exact method to trigger this encounter remains elusive to many.

Floyd, the once-rumored pink ninja, is now a tangible part of Mortal Kombat 1. NetherRealm's development chief, Ed Boon, had long teased fans with mentions of a character named Floyd. In 2023, the Mortal Kombat dataminer TheThiny found references to this character in the game's files. It's only now, years later, that Floyd has made his official appearance in Mortal Kombat 1, though the details on how to engage him in combat are still somewhat unclear.
