Unlocking Mounts in Roblox's Rune Slayer: A Comprehensive Guide

Rune Slayer offers an engaging MMORPG experience within Roblox, complete with quests, crafting, dungeons, and even fishing. However, the method for acquiring a mount isn't immediately obvious. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough.

Prerequisites: Reaching the Mount Quest

Before embarking on your mount-acquiring journey, ensure you meet these two requirements:

  • Level 20: Reaching level 20 is achievable within a few hours of consistent questing, job completion, and mob slaying. Playing with friends can expedite this process.
  • Tamed Pet: A quest will guide you through pet taming. The process involves:
    • Locating a desired animal (deer, wolf, spider, etc.).
    • Attacking it once.
    • Presenting a preferred food item (apples for deer, raw deer meat for wolves).
    • Monitoring the heart above the animal's head. A fully grown heart signifies successful taming; a black heart indicates failure. Try again with a different animal if necessary.

Completing the Mount Quest

Upon reaching level 20, visit Jimmy the Stable Master in Wayshire. He'll offer the "Jimmy's Delivery" quest, requiring you to deliver a package to the Ashenshire Stable Master.

Follow these directions:

  • Proceed north from Wayshire's northern entrance.
  • Traverse Greatwood Forest, sticking to the main path to avoid challenging mobs.
  • Continue north until you reach Ashenshire, identifiable by its large treetop houses.

Summon your pet (using the "T" key), approach it, and select the "Mount" option (using the "E" key). This works for all mountable pets.
