The only vendor selling Filler Metal is the Shopkeeper Machine in the Amusement Park. However, this option unlocks only after completing all three playthroughs and obtaining a final ending. Using Chapter Select to revisit the Shopkeeper after completing the game will reveal Filler Metal in its inventory, priced at 11,250G per unit.
Despite the high cost, buying Filler Metal provides a far more reliable method than repeated Factory runs. The Pod upgrades requiring Filler Metal are crucial for game completion, as enemies scale to high levels.
