NieR: Automata offers optional DLC content, primarily the 3C3C1D119440927 pack, accessible across all editions. This DLC introduces additional challenges and cosmetic rewards. Progressing the game slightly after installing the DLC will unlock a Mysterious Letter containing coordinates leading to three challenging Colosseums. Each Colosseum features six ranks of increasingly difficult enemies.
Trial Of The Sand Colosseum Location In NieR: Automata
This Colosseum is located in the desert. From the "Desert: Center" access point, zoom out your view. To the right (facing the direction you entered the desert from), you'll spot an orange diamond marking its location. A machine guards the entrance, but accessing the Colosseum and the "Trial Of The Sand" quest is straightforward.

Gambler's Colosseum Location In NieR: Automata
Find the Gambler's Colosseum starting from the "Flooded City: Coast" access point. Follow the coastal path, the same route used to protect the resistance resource ship. At the path's end, look right for a waterfall. Circle around the building to the left of the waterfall to find a Resistance member guarding the entrance. A 1,000G bribe unlocks access and initiates the "Gambler's Colosseum" quest.

Underground Colosseum Location In NieR: Automata
9S Only: This Colosseum is accessible only when playing as 9S.
Begin at the "Forest Zone: Center" access point. Follow the forest's left edge until you encounter machines training near a large waterfall. Passing through the waterfall leads to the entrance, but only if you are playing as 9S. This triggers the "Underground Colosseum" quest.
