Pikmin Bloom's Earth Day Event: Count Flowers, Not Steps in Party Walk

by Hunter Jun 30,2025

Pikmin Bloom

In honor of Earth Day, Pikmin Bloom is launching a fresh and meaningful way to celebrate through its special Party Walk event. This time around, you won't just be walking—you'll be planting flowers! If you enjoy Niantic’s unique blend of augmented reality and real-world exploration, this eco-friendly update is definitely worth your attention.

When Is the Pikmin Bloom Party Walk?
The Earth Day-themed Official Party Walk runs from April 22nd to April 30th. Instead of focusing on steps, players will track how many flowers they plant in real life. Each flower contributes to a global goal, making every bloom count toward a greener planet.

This event aligns perfectly with the spirit of Earth Day, encouraging more greenery and conscious participation. Plus, Pikmin Bloom makes it rewarding in a fun and interactive way.

As players come together to plant flowers, they’ll unlock exclusive weather-themed Decor Pikmin via Huge Seedlings. Here's what’s at stake:

  • 500 million flowers planted: All participants receive a Huge Seedling that grows into a Leaf Hat Decor Pikmin.
  • 1 billion flowers planted: Unlock the Snow Decor Pikmin.
  • 1.5 billion flowers planted: Earn a Present Sticker (Gold) Decor Pikmin—exclusive to White Pikmin.

But Keep This in Mind
To ensure your efforts count, make sure you’re signed up for the Party Walk and using version 117 or higher of the Pikmin Bloom app. If you haven’t downloaded the game yet, you can get it directly from the [Google Play Store].

To help everyone get started, a promo code has been provided for ease of access. Also, good news: all types of flowers qualify for the total goal, so there's no need to worry about planting a specific variety—any bloom works!
