A few thousand players will be able to test new Battlefield features

by Logan Mar 04,2025

EA unveils Battlefield Labs, a closed beta testing program for upcoming Battlefield titles. This internal test will allow select players to experience new core mechanics and concepts, though not all will be included in the final game. Participants will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

Conquest and Breakthrough modes will be available for testing. Initial phases will focus on combat and destruction mechanics, followed by balance adjustments.

Pre-registration is open for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. Thousands of players will receive invitations in the coming weeks, with plans for broader regional expansion.
