Pokemon TCG Pocket's Second Wonder Pick Event: Chimchar Mania!
The second phase of Pokemon TCG Pocket's latest Wonder Pick event is live, bringing Chimchar-themed goodies and exciting missions! Running until February 21st, this event offers new accessories and challenges for players to enjoy.
Chimchar enthusiasts will be thrilled with the addition of a Chimchar coin, card sleeve, and playmat showcasing its evolutions, Monferno and Infernape. While not everyone's cup of tea (the writer admits a preference for knitted Electrode!), these items are sure to be popular. A new Poke Ball avatar icon is also available, a more classic addition to the game's aesthetic.
Primate Prizes and Simple Missions
The missions are simple: complete six Wonder Picks, collect ten Fire-type and Psychic-type Pokemon, and you're rewarded! Each Wonder Pick yields 100 Trade Tokens, and mission completion earns Event Shop Tickets. Players with ample Wonder Hourglass can quickly complete these.
Don't worry if you missed the first part! All rewards from the initial event, including a Chimchar backdrop and cover, a Cave of Crystals backdrop, and promo cards featuring Chimchar and Togepi, remain available until February 21st.
