Where to Find Naoise Nallinto in Baldur's Gate 3

Visit Sharess' Caress in Act III:
To encounter Naoise, you'll need to progress to Act III's early stages. Naoise resides in the Nymph's Grotto on the second floor. Identify the correct door by its distinctive green lighting and ivy-covered walls. While locked, successful lockpicking (DC 10) grants entry.
How to Romance Naoise Nallinto in Baldur's Gate 3

Engage with Naoise:
Upon entering, you'll interrupt Naoise's intimate moment with Jara, a Flaming Fist soldier. The confrontation triggers a tadpole connection, revealing Jara as a hidden Mindflayer. After defeating the transformed creature, Naoise will express peculiar fascination with Mindflayers. Recommended dialogue path:
- "Whoever you think I am, you're mistaken."
- "Your client is dead. I thought you'd be more upset."
- "That creature aroused you, didn't it?"

Successful Insight reveals Naoise's romantic intentions. Selecting these responses progresses the scene:
- "What did you have in mind?"
- "Close your eyes and listen"
The ensuing psychic encounter presents multiple fantasy scenarios:
- Revered
- Contented
- Powerful
- Rich
- I think we're done here.
Choosing "Contented" triggers the unique romance sequence. Afterwards, Naoise becomes uninterested, explaining she only offers rapture once. Notably, existing romantic partners (like Karlach) typically don't object to this encounter. Completing the scene grants:
- "Carnal Rituals of Sharess" inspiration (Shadowheart)
- Rapture boon (+1d6 to nearly all ability checks)
