In Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl, surviving the Zone's dangers requires top-tier gear, and the SEVA-V suit is a prime example. This valuable piece of armor, part of the coveted SEVA series, is surprisingly easy to obtain early in the game—and it's free! Its high PSI protection makes it a lifesaver. Here's how to get your hands on it.
Acquiring the SEVA-V Suit in Stalker 2
The SEVA-V suit awaits you at the Scientist Helicopter location in Rostok. Find it southwest of the Rostok base, in a large field marked by a crashed helicopter, an electro anomaly, and a massive rusty crane. Reaching the suit requires a bit of climbing.
Reaching the Suit: Climbing the Crane
Upon arriving at the Scientist Helicopter point of interest, you'll see the crashed chopper within an electro anomaly (to the right) and a ladder leading up the crane (to the left). Before tackling the climb, grab an electro-type artifact from the anomaly using your artifact detector—a handy bonus!
Now, ascend the crane. Once at the top, head right and traverse the crane to the operator's cabin on the left.
Locating and Utilizing the SEVA-V Suit
Inside the operator's cabin, you'll find a bag containing valuable supplies and, most importantly, the SEVA-V armor. Carefully navigate back down the crane.
The SEVA-V suit, upgradable by Rostok technician Screw, boasts four artifact slots and excellent radiation protection, along with respectable PSI protection. If you've already found better armor, selling the SEVA-V suit fetches a considerable amount of coupons.
