The trailer introduces the Bachelor, a brilliant young scientist who abandons his city lab to seek a cure for a strange plague gripping a remote town. Initially planned as part of "Pathologic 2," this content now forms a standalone third game.
The trailer highlights familiar locations for series veterans, alongside fresh gameplay mechanics focused on managing the epidemic. Players, as the Bachelor, will navigate the town, engage with its inhabitants, solve puzzles, and confront challenging moral dilemmas.
