Shadow Ninja: A Side-Scrolling Action Game

Shadow Ninja is a side-scrolling action game with a dark art style. Players take on the role of Shimazu, a samurai whose son has been kidnapped and wife murdered by the evil demon Takeda, aided by another demon, Fudo. Takeda was sealed away by Shimazu ten years prior, and now Shimazu must seek revenge and rescue his son. The game requires strategic thinking, memorization, and a keen focus on avoiding traps.

Skills:

Samurai skills can be upgraded using coins and diamonds collected during gameplay.

• Dash: A close-combat technique that eliminates targets in a single strike, but ineffective at long range.
• Disappearing: Allows players to become invisible to enemies, enabling surprise attacks.
• Throw Shuriken: Shurikens don't always eliminate enemies on the first throw, requiring multiple attempts, but are effective for long-range attacks.
• Checkpoints: Fixed checkpoints are supplemented by the ability to place a new checkpoint at the player's current location after progressing through levels.
