In a statement on X/Twitter, TikTok confirmed service restoration, thanking President Trump for assurances to their service providers regarding penalties. The company emphasized the importance of this decision for over 170 million American users and 7 million small businesses. They highlighted the action as a victory for the First Amendment and against censorship, and committed to collaborating with President Trump on a long-term solution to ensure TikTok's continued presence in the U.S.
