IAȘI BILET is a travel platform provided by the Iași Public Transport Company. The app enables you to handle all tasks related to using public transport conveniently.
It supports purchasing transit tickets via bank card, finding the best route for your journey, and viewing live locations of routes, stops, and vehicles on the map.
Once you create an account and link a transport card, you can top up the card with travel passes directly in the app using online card payment. You can check your card status and active travel passes at any time.
One account can manage multiple transport cards, allowing you to add funds to your e-wallet, purchase new subscriptions, or renew existing ones.
Users can access a detailed transaction history for all purchases, validations, and ticket checks.
Individuals eligible for subsidized travel under current legislation can apply for an approved subsidized profile directly in the app by uploading required documents. Once approved, users can obtain discounted or free tickets via the app or at a service counter.
Organizations partnered with the transport authority can manage their transport card portfolios through the web portal or mobile app.
Users can opt to receive push or email notifications for events such as ticket purchases, upcoming expirations, or other card activities.
The app helps travelers determine the fastest route from point A to point B using real-time vehicle positions.
You can begin your trip from your current location or another spot on the map and set your destination by searching an address, point of interest, station, or dropping a pin. You can also pick a previously searched or favorite location.
The app displays walking time to the nearest stop, vehicle arrival times, and total trip duration.
Travelers can save frequently visited locations to a dedicated menu page or via the home screen search for quicker route planning in the future.
Real-time alerts will guide you to the correct vehicle and notify you when a transfer is needed.
You can view full route maps for any line or a single direction and mark favorite lines. The app will notify you of service disruptions affecting your saved routes.
The lines page lets you search for a route and see real-time vehicle locations for each direction on the map.
Select any stop from the homepage or a route map to view all lines serving that station, along with upcoming arrival times for the next three vehicles and the full schedule.
Authorized ticket sales points are shown on the map with their operating hours.
The app is available in Romanian and English, based on your device's language settings.
