Honkai: Star Rail's Version 2.7 update, titled "A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn," launches on mobile devices December 4th. This update serves as the final chapter before the Astral Express journeys to the enigmatic Amphoreus, the Eternal Land.
Final Preparations in Penacony
Version 2.7 concludes the Penacony storyline. Following Black Swan's suggestion, the crew prepares for their departure to the mysterious Amphoreus. While Miss Himeko gathers intelligence on their next destination, the crew bids farewell to Penacony, reconnecting with old friends and sharing poignant moments. A spectacular performance at the Grand Theater, featuring debuting characters Sunday and Fugue, provides a memorable send-off.
Sunday, the former head of the Oak Family, aided by the mischievous Pepeshi, Wonweek, delivers a dazzling final act, a performance designed for the “Planet of Festivities.” As a 5-star Imaginary character, his Ultimate ability focuses on energy regeneration, bestowing the "Beatified" buff upon a teammate and their summon.
Fugue, also known as Tingyun, makes her appearance following the harrowing events of Version 1.2. Having narrowly escaped death, she owes her survival to Madam Ruan Mei of the Genius Society. Fugue is a 5-star Fire character specializing in breaking enemy defenses. Her Ultimate unleashes a fiery attack, decimating enemy Toughness and dealing significant Fire DMG.

What's New in Version 2.7?
Version 2.7's warp events feature the return of General Jing Yuan and Firefly, available during the first and second halves of the event, respectively.
A significant addition to the Astral Express is the Party Car—a stylish marble bar complete with a robotic bartender and the breathtaking backdrop of the infinite Cosmos.
The "Cosmic Home Décor Guide" event lets players transform a vacant storage room into their personalized dream space. Using Express Funds earned through completing tasks, players can acquire furniture and create comfortable areas such as a bedroom and bathroom.
