It's rare for me to already start planning my weekend activities, but I may just have to dive into My.Games' Castle Duels starting this Friday! The reason? Their latest major update is here, bringing significant new features and an extra-challenging twist with the introduction of Blitz Mode!
The star of this update, Blitz Mode, is available every Friday to Sunday and offers an exclusive new PvP challenge. In this mode, you'll have just one heart and a tight 3.5-minute window to prepare. Units automatically appear on the battlefield in Blitz Mode, and the quicker you finalize your setup, the stronger your units become. Every second counts when strategizing!
Complementing this, the new Multifaction faction has been introduced. While the name might sound ordinary, this faction is anything but. Instead of a fixed roster, you'll have access to a rotating pool of units from different factions, each with unique unit portraits and weekly Faction Blessings. This ensures a fresh strategy every time you play.
Take them to the cleanersBut wait, there's more! This update also introduces the Starseeking event, starting March 20th, which will feature the Cleaner, the first Multifaction unit, as its exclusive reward. Alongside the Cleaner, you'll find the legendary unit, The Undertaker (cue Paul Bearer noises), and the rare hero Terra. These additions offer innovative twists on existing gameplay, promising surprises even for seasoned players.
