Firaxis Games Unveils Civ 7 Post-Launch Roadmap
Firaxis Games has revealed its post-launch roadmap for Civilization VII (Civ 7), detailing upcoming content following the game's February 11th release. The roadmap outlines paid DLC, free updates, and future events and challenges.
March Updates:
The initial wave of updates in March will include:
- Paid DLC: Ada Lovelace and Simon Bolivar will be added as playable leaders via paid DLC.
- Free Updates: These updates will introduce exciting new geographical features, such as the Bermuda Triangle and Mount Everest.
Beyond March:
Firaxis plans to release further content, including:
- 2 additional Leaders
- 4 new Civilizations
- 4 new World Wonders
- New Events and Challenges

Future Planned Updates (No Release Dates):
The developers also acknowledged several features that didn't make the initial launch but are planned for future inclusion:
- Multiplayer Teams
- 8-player Multiplayer Support
- Customizable Starting and Ending Ages
