"Clue Mobile Now Features 2016 Suspects"

Marmalade Game Studio has thrilled fans of the classic murder-mystery game, Clue aka Cluedo, with the release of the 2016 Suspects Pack for the digital version. If you're a fan, you'll be excited to step back into the shoes of iconic characters from the 2016 edition.

Who Are the 2016 Clue aka Cluedo Suspects?

The pack brings back beloved characters such as Miss Scarlet, Colonel Mustard, Reverend Green, Professor Plum, Dr. Orchid, and Mrs. Peacock. This addition allows you to integrate these classic figures into any scenario you desire, without being bound to specific crime scenes or case files. Whether you choose to play with your nostalgic favorite or mix them with the newer 2023 cast, the choice is yours.

The demand for the return of the 2016 characters has been strong among fans, particularly as the 2023 characters introduced a more modern feel that didn't resonate with everyone. It's great to see Marmalade Game Studio responding to player feedback with this nostalgic pack.

There’s More Coming to the Game!

In addition to the 2016 Suspects Pack, Clue aka Cluedo is introducing the Retro Rules Set game mode, which is available for free. This mode allows players to experience the game as it was originally played in 1949, complete with old-school mechanics that alter movement and accusation strategies.

In the Retro Rules Set, tokens start at designated spots on the board, and Miss Scarlet traditionally makes the first move, with Colonel Mustard stepping in if she's absent. Accusations can only be made from within a room, and Clue Cards are omitted entirely. Furthermore, players cannot move through squares occupied by others, adding a strategic layer to the gameplay.

To dive into these exciting updates, you can find Clue aka Cluedo on the Google Play Store.
