NetEase's popular mobile horror game, Dead by Daylight Mobile, is officially ending its run. After four years, the mobile adaptation of Behaviour Interactive's hit title will be shutting down. This news affects only the Android mobile version; the PC and console versions remain unaffected.
Dead by Daylight Mobile, a 4v1 asymmetrical horror-survival game, offered players the thrilling experience of playing as either a Killer or a Survivor. Killers hunted Survivors, sacrificing them to The Entity, while Survivors fought for survival against their relentless pursuers.
Dead by Daylight Mobile's End of Service (EOS) Date:
The game's final day will be March 20th, 2025. The game will be removed from app stores on January 16th, 2025, meaning new downloads will no longer be possible after that date. Existing players can continue playing until the official shutdown on March 20th.
NetEase will be processing refunds according to regional laws. Further details regarding the refund process will be announced on January 16th, 2025.
Players wishing to continue their Dead by Daylight experience can transition to the PC or console versions. A welcome package awaits those who make the switch, and loyalty rewards will be offered for players who have previously spent money or accumulated experience points in the mobile game.
