This Achievement requires you to locate the Celestial Codex and spray the nearby terminal, but there's a catch: the Codex is only available on the Klyntar map, and you can only complete this task in Quick Play mode, making it dependent on random map rotations.
When you finally get into a match on Klyntar, your position on the map is crucial. The Celestial Codex, resembling a giant blob, is situated in the attacking spawn.
