Palworld Feybreak Island: A Comprehensive Guide
Palworld's early access continues to expand with exciting updates, introducing new pals and islands. The Feybreak update, significantly larger than the previous Sakurajima expansion, adds over 20 new pals, but finding Feybreak Island can be tricky. This guide details the best route and what awaits you on this expansive new location.
Finding Feybreak Island
Feybreak Island is situated in the far southwest of the Palpagos archipelago. It's visible from Mount Obsidian's southern coast. The easiest route begins at Fisherman's Point, a fast travel location on Mount Obsidian's south coast. From there, use an aquatic or flying mount to traverse the ocean to Feybreak.
If you haven't unlocked Mount Obsidian, you'll need to reach this volcanic island first. It's a prominent landmark, easily spotted from many areas. Head southeast, equipping heat-resistant gear, to unlock fast travel points within Mount Obsidian. Alternatively, a longer journey directly from the Sea Breeze Archipelago is possible.
Exploring Feybreak Island
Feybreak Island is massive, more than triple the size of Sakurajima. Be warned: it's populated with powerful, high-level pals and a new enemy faction – the Feybreak Warriors. Immediately activate the Scorched Ashland fast travel point on the island's north coast to ensure a quick return if you're defeated.
A crucial note: flying mounts are prohibited. Attempting to fly will trigger anti-air defenses, resulting in missile attacks. Use ground mounts like the Fenglope until you disable the missile launchers scattered across the island.
Once settled, capture new pals, gather resources like Chromalite and Hexolite (essential for crafting new equipment and structures), and prepare for a challenging encounter.
The Feybreak Tower boss, Bjorn & Bastigor, awaits. Unlike other tower bosses, you must first defeat three alpha pals – Dazzy Noct, Caprity Noct, and Omascul – and obtain their bounty tokens to challenge the final boss.
