Charlie Cox's successful transition from Netflix's Daredevil to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) has sparked speculation about potential comebacks for other characters from The Defenders. Finn Jones, who portrayed Danny Rand, aka Iron Fist, in the Netflix series, has expressed his eagerness to reprise the role, stating, "I’m here and I’m ready."

Jones last appeared as Iron Fist in the second season of the series and in The Defenders, where he teamed up with Daredevil (Charlie Cox), Luke Cage (Mike Colter), and Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter). Despite the mixed reception to his portrayal, Jones remains hopeful about returning to the MCU.

The positive reception to Daredevil's return in the MCU has fueled optimism for the revival of The Defenders. Recent reports suggest that Marvel is exploring the possibility of bringing back these characters. At LaConve, an anime convention in Monterrey, NL, Mexico, Jones addressed the criticism of his Iron Fist performance, acknowledging the fans' mixed feelings.

"There is a willingness for the fans to see that happen," Jones said, addressing the audience's question about his potential return. "There’s a lot of willingness for the fans to see that not happen as well. I’m very aware of the critiques of the character and my role in it. My response to that is like, give me a f***ing chance, man. I’m here and I’m ready. I want to prove people wrong. So I would love to see that happen."
