This week's Fortnite quests involve a hidden workshop, multiple Kento visits, and portal investigation. However, the Oni Mask collection quest is simpler: find either a Fire or Void Oni Mask. These masks are readily available throughout the game world and can be looted from eliminated opponents. Securing the 25k XP reward shouldn't be difficult.
The key is what happens after picking up a mask. A subsequent quest will prompt you to "decide to use the Mask or rid yourself of it." Don't let the phrasing intimidate you. Simply activate the mask's power or remove it from your inventory to complete the challenge.
While you can choose to keep the mask, using it immediately is recommended. Other players are actively hunting masks, making you a target. Using your mask and completing the challenge before being eliminated saves time and avoids the need to search for another mask in a subsequent match.
