The eagerly awaited v8.1 update for Honkai Impact 3rd, titled "Drumming in New Resolutions," is set to launch on February 20th, bringing a wave of exciting content including new battlesuits, outfits, and anniversary rewards.

Kiana returns with a bang in her new SD-type battlesuit, Ba-Dum! Fiery Wishing Star, ready to ignite the battlefield. Wielding a long staff, she unleashes a 4-sequence attack that deals Fire DMG and accumulates Passion Marks, culminating in powerful AOE damage. Her recommended weapon and PRI-ARM enhance her fiery prowess, ensuring that adversaries feel the full force of her attacks. Meanwhile, the Herrscher of Human: Ego receives new gear, including a recommended Divine Key, PRI-ARM, and a tailored stigmata set.
In terms of the storyline, Honkai Impact 3rd v8.1 delves deeper into Leylah's narrative. Following the dream crisis during the Spring Festival in v8.0, Kiana reenters the real world, joining forces with Rice Cake and receiving a new mission from Theresa. This adventure leads them to the Moon Base for a festive celebration. By playing through the interlude, players can earn Crystals, Source Prisms, and other valuable rewards.
An engaging board feature allows players to activate and collect Yearly Chibis to assemble their teams. Additionally, accumulating shop tokens offers the opportunity to exchange them for Crystals, Coralie's new outfit, and an array of other rewards.

And Who Else Is Getting New Looks?
Beyond Coralie, Luna and Vita are also receiving fresh looks. Luna's new outfit can be obtained through spend bonuses, while Vita's outfit will be available in Outfit Supply.
The anniversary brings its own set of rewards. Simply logging in daily for seven days after the update grants players a Prism Stigma Direct Level-Up Coupon, an anniversary emblem, and more. Maintaining a login streak for another seven days post-update unlocks Kiana's Stigma Option, Herrscher of Human's new Stigma Option, and 10 Equipment Supply Cards.
From February 25th to March 4th, logging in rewards players with an S-rank Battlesuit Option, Battlesuit Supply Cards, Crystals, and additional bonuses. As a gesture of appreciation, everyone will receive five Battlesuit Supply Cards upon the update's release.
