Lara Croft: Guardian of Light Now on Android

Lara Croft is back, and Feral Interactive has officially launched Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light on Android. This brings a fresh way to dive into Crystal Dynamics’ isometric tomb-raiding adventure, where you'll blast undead enemies and solve ancient puzzles.

Originally released in 2010, the game's standout feature was (and remains in this new version) its co-op gameplay. Unlike other games in the Tomb Raider series, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light offers a non-linear, arcade-inspired action adventure.

This Time, the Stakes Are High

In the game, the world faces the threat of eternal darkness. The only one standing between civilization and total doom is Lara Croft. Armed with her signature dual pistols, she must dodge, grapple, and outwit an army of the undead. But her ultimate goal is to take down Xolotl, the Aztec god of death. You can grab a friend and team up in online co-op in this twin-stick shooter. One of the best features of Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light is the ability for iOS and Android players to team up thanks to cross-platform play.

This Mobile Release Doesn’t Skimp on Content

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light on Android includes all fourteen levels from the original game, and the three DLC packs are included for free. This means there's a wealth of hidden collectibles, high-score challenges, and extra weapons and stat-boosting artifacts to discover. This version also allows you to customize the touchscreen controls to your liking or connect a gamepad if you prefer playing with controllers. The game is now available on the Google Play Store for $9.99. Check it out if you're interested.
