The Competitive rank in Marvel Rivals resets at the end of each Season. Your rank will decrease by seven tiers. For example, a Diamond I player will reset to Gold II. Bronze III is the lowest rank; players ending a season at or below Bronze will begin the next at Bronze III.
When the Rank Reset Occurs
The rank reset happens at the end of each Season. Season 1 started January 10th, indicating the reset timing.

Competitive mode unlocks at player level 10. Earn points to progress through the ranks; 100 points advances you to the next tier.

How Long Do Seasons Last in Marvel Rivals?
While Season 0 was shorter, subsequent Seasons are expected to last approximately three months. New Seasons introduce new heroes (like the Fantastic Four) and maps, giving players ample time to climb the ranks.
