Defeating the King in the Mists offers a chance to obtain the belt, but it's not guaranteed. The drop rate is approximately one in five attempts.

The King in the Mists' drop table also includes:

1. The Burden of Shadows Chiming Staff
2. Beetlebite
3. From Nothing
4. Pragmatism
5. Ingenuity (the desired belt)

The difficulty of the King in the Mists encounter scales with the chosen difficulty level, impacting both the boss's power and the drop chance. His attacks are similar to the King in the Mists in Freythorn (Act 1), providing a point of reference for preparation.

Alternatively, you can purchase the Ingenuity Utility Belt from the official PoE 2 trade site. The price ranges from 15-50 Divine Orbs, depending on the item's specific stats. This is a more reliable but significantly more expensive method.

How to Obtain "An Audience With the King"

This crucial item can be acquired in two ways:
