*Pokémon Unite* features a structured ranking system with six ranks, each divided into multiple classes. This allows for detailed progression within each rank before advancing to the next. The number of classes increases as you move up the ranks, with higher ranks offering more classes. Importantly, players can only earn points towards rank advancement in ranked matches, not in quick or standard matches. Here's a look at the ranks in *Pokémon Unite*:

  • Beginner Rank (3 Classes)
  • Great Rank (4 Classes)
  • Expert Rank (5 Classes)
  • Veteran Rank (5 Classes)
  • Ultra Rank (5 Classes)
  • Master Rank

Starting Out

Your journey begins at the Beginner Rank, which is divided into three classes. To participate in ranked matches, you must reach Trainer Level 6, achieve a Fair Play score of 80, and acquire five Pokémon licenses. Once these prerequisites are met, you can dive into ranked matches and start your climb from the Beginner Rank.

Performance Points

In *Pokémon Unite*, Performance Points are earned in each ranked match. You can earn between 5-15 points based on your performance, 10 points for good sportsmanship, another 10 points just for participating, and an additional 10-50 points depending on your winning streak. Each rank has a cap on Performance Points, and once you reach this cap, you earn 1 Diamond Point per match, which is crucial for advancing. Here are the Performance Point caps for each rank:

  • Beginner Rank: 80 Points
  • Great Rank: 120 Points
  • Expert Rank: 200 Points
  • Veteran Rank: 300 Points
  • Ultra Rank: 400 Points
  • Master Rank: N/A

Advancing and Advancement Rewards

Advancement in *Pokémon Unite* is driven by Diamond Points. Accumulating four Diamond Points allows you to upgrade your class. Once you reach the highest class in your current rank, you'll move to the first class of the next rank. You earn one Diamond Point for each ranked match victory and lose one for each loss. Additionally, if your Performance Points are maxed out for your rank, you'll earn one Diamond Point per match.

At the end of each season, *Pokémon Unite* rewards players with Aeos Tickets based on their rank, with higher ranks yielding more tickets. These tickets are used in the Aeos Emporium to purchase items and upgrades. Some ranks also offer unique rewards that change with each season. So, gear up, strategize, and climb the ranks to claim the best rewards in *Pokémon Unite*.

*Pokémon Unite is available now on mobile devices and the Nintendo Switch.*
