When Does Space-Time Smackdown Come Out in Pokemon TCG Pocket?

The Space-Time Smackdown expansion set will be available in Pokemon TCG Pocket on January 30, at 1 a.m. Eastern Time. It's important to clarify that while the trailer lists a January 29 release date, the official Pokemon website and X account confirm the expansion's availability on January 30. This discrepancy likely accounts for different time zones, ensuring most players can access the packs on the 30th.

How Many Booster Packs Are There?

Unlike Genetic Apex, which featured three booster packs themed around Charizard, Mewtwo, and Pikachu, Space-Time Smackdown will offer two booster packs. These packs are themed around Palkia and Dialga, hinting at a strong focus on Generation 4, specifically the Diamond and Pearl games. However, expect to see Pokémon from other generations as well, adding to the set's diversity.
