The core gameplay revolves around creating powerful card combinations to outmaneuver opponents. Victory is achieved by depleting the opponent's health points or exhausting their supply of scrolls. The strategic element involves managing the titan's mana (energy) and health.

Interestingly, Reign of Titans isn't a completely fresh concept. The developers spent 2024 gathering feedback through extensive testing with esports teams, colleges, and internet cafes. This pre-release testing phase aimed to refine the game and ensure a satisfying player experience.
The game offers a unique twist on the typical rock-paper-scissors elemental combat found in similar card battlers. Its innovative approach to elemental interactions and strategic depth sets it apart.
