Wholesome Games Presents and Poti Poti Studios are excited to bring their latest creation, "Is This Seat Taken?", to mobile devices and Steam for PC players. This logic puzzle game centers around social dynamics, challenging players to solve seating arrangements in various settings. A public Steam demo is scheduled for February 10th, with the game expected to hit Android later this year.
It’s a Comedy!
At its core, "Is This Seat Taken?" follows the journey of Nat, an aspiring actor inspired by seeing someone like them on the big screen. This moment propels Nat into a global adventure to meet their idol and navigate their place in the world. The game unfolds through diverse levels, each presenting a unique scenario—from crowded movie theaters to chaotic wedding receptions. Players must arrange individuals in optimal seating positions, unlocking new settings and scenarios, including taxi rides and grand banquets, as they progress.
Each character in the game comes with their own set of preferences. For instance, a music lover might clash with a tired traveler seeking peace, or someone sensitive to scents might be bothered by a heavily perfumed neighbor. "Is This Seat Taken?" challenges players to consider these dynamics and arrange seating to prevent any awkward or hostile encounters, offering a taste of what it's like to manage events.
On Mobile, Is This Seat Taken? Will Have a Variety of Hilarious Situations
Designed for a relaxed experience, the mobile version of "Is This Seat Taken?" features no timers or leaderboards, focusing instead on cozy puzzle-solving. Players will act as matchmakers, tackling increasingly complex seating dilemmas with each level. While there isn't a mobile page on the Play Store yet, interested players can learn more about the game by visiting its official Steam page.
