This game is a third-person (and FPS mode) city simulator where you drive cars and motorbikes. Become a crime-fighting hero on the streets of a city reminiscent of Miami or Las Vegas, but actually set in New York. The story follows an anti-car thief in a dangerous urban landscape.

Try out all the supercars and bikes, perform stunts on a BMX, or even find an F-90 tank or a devastating battle helicopter.
Explore the vast city, go off-roading in the mountains, steal and drive supercars, shoot guns, and more in this free open-world game! The crime city is teeming with gangs and aggressive factions. Become a symbol of law and order, or descend into darkness as a new doom knight. Purchase items in the shop to aid mission completion and rid the city of the mafia.
You possess special abilities: shoot dangerous laser beams from your eyes, use a grappling hook to climb buildings, and unleash powerful kicks. But remember, don't cross the police – they're the good guys.
Missions take place on the streets, in Chinatown, other gang territories, and more. You're on a secret mission to steal vital information about enemies, army bases, rebels, and the underworld mafia. You'll battle star mafia gangsters from America, Russia, China, Mexico, Japan, and other countries. The game features a fully open-world environment.
