Collecting the Runekeys:

Whirling Runekey: Defeat Ksvir the Forgotten, a rare spawn located in the Forgotten Vault's southernmost chamber during a Storm event. The key is almost guaranteed to drop upon his defeat.

Torrential Runekey: Gather seven Torrential Fragments from any enemy on Siren Isle while a Storm is active.

Thunderous Runekey: Collect five Thunderous Fragments from chests scattered across Siren Isle. Unlike the other fragments, these chests aren't restricted to Storm phases.

Cyclonic Runekey: This key can be obtained through fishing anywhere on Siren Isle during a Storm, or as a potential drop from Zek’ul the Shipbreaker in the Deadfin Mire.

Turbulent Runekey: Locate three Turbulent Fragments at these specific locations near Kul Tiran ghosts:
- Behind the abandoned inn, dig in the garden.
