Call of Duty: Mobile Season 8: Shadow Operatives – Unveiling the Anti-Heroes
Season 8 of Call of Duty: Mobile, titled "Shadow Operatives," launches August 28th at 5 PM PT, introducing a cast of morally ambiguous characters that blur the lines between good and evil.

First up is the new Combine multiplayer map, a compact research outpost set in the Sahara Desert. Fans of Black Ops III will find this location instantly familiar. The map’s tight quarters offer intense close-range combat, with strategic locations like the central courtyard, balconies for snipers, and the area under the bridge providing ample opportunities for ambushes.
This season also introduces the LAG 53 assault rifle, a high-mobility weapon ideal for aggressive, run-and-gun playstyles. Pair it with the new Assassin perk, which targets players on killstreaks, or equip the JAK-12 Dragon’s Breath attachment for devastating firepower.
The in-game store features the Mythic JAK-12 – Rising Ashes, a phoenix-themed weapon with fiery accents. Owners of the Mythic Krig 6 – Ice Drake will unlock the new Awaken Weapon Camo, combining ice and fire for a visually striking effect.

Season 8 Battle Pass Rewards:
This season's Battle Pass offers a wealth of free and premium rewards. The free track includes attractive skins, weapon blueprints, Vault Coins, and the LAG 53. Premium Pass holders will receive operator skins like Samael – Techno Thug and Zoe – Nocturnal. Additionally, the Tokyo Escape Battle Pass from Season 3 (2021) returns to the Battle Pass Vault.
