EvoCreo2 Devs Clarify Multiplayer, Shiny Rates, Cloud Saves FAQs

EvoCreo2: Monster Trainer RPG, the much-anticipated sequel to the beloved game EvoCreo, hit the Android platform last week. The developers, ilmfinity, known for their work on Monster Adventure Games, took to Reddit to address the community's burning questions and shed light on the future of this engaging title. Set in the enchanting world of Shoru, players embark on a journey to catch, train, and battle with over 300 unique Creo creatures.

EvoCreo2: Monster Trainer RPG isn't just about collecting monsters; it boasts a rich storyline. Players begin their adventure as recruits in the Shoru Police Academy, tasked with solving the mystery of disappearing monsters. Throughout the game, you'll undertake over 50 missions, unravel hidden secrets, and face off against formidable opponents in the competitive battle arena.

Answers to the Most-Asked Questions About EvoCreo2: Monster Trainer RPG

First and foremost, multiplayer functionality is on the horizon, though it won't be available immediately. The developers are prioritizing bug fixes and game balancing before introducing this feature. Similarly, controller support and cloud saves are planned for future updates.

Many players have inquired about the rates for encountering shiny Creo. Regular shinies have a 0.2% chance of appearing, while the odds drop to a mere 0.02% for rare shinies. It's worth noting that starter Creo cannot be shiny.

The developers also clarified what affects the capture rate of Creo. Reducing a Creo's HP and applying status conditions can make them easier to catch. However, rare, high-level, and shiny Creo are inherently more challenging to capture.

Looking ahead, the roadmap for EvoCreo2: Monster Trainer RPG is clear. The initial months will focus on refining the game. Following this, cloud saves and controller support will be implemented, paving the way for additional story content and, ultimately, the much-anticipated multiplayer mode.

While waiting for these updates, players can dive into the world of EvoCreo2: Monster Trainer RPG, available now on the Google Play Store.
