Gundam fans rejoice! The official announcement of a GUNDAM Trading Card Game (TCG) has arrived! A promotional video was shared on the official GUNDAM TCG X (Twitter) account on September 27th, launching the "new global TCG project #GUNDAM." This exciting development coincides with the Mobile Suit Gundam 45th anniversary, commemorating 45 years since the series debuted worldwide. Whether the game will be solely physical or include an online component remains to be seen.Complete details will be unveiled on October 3rd at 7 PM JST during Bandai's CARD GAMES Next Plan Announcement. This event will be livestreamed on Bandai's official YouTube channel and feature popular actors Kanata Hongo and Kotoko Sasaki, along with former TV Tokyo announcer Shohei Taguchi. Hongo, a known GUNPLA enthusiast (and participant in the GUNPLA 40th Anniversary Project), adds extra excitement to the announcement.
