Hearthstone's Year of the Raptor: A 2025 Roadmap of Excitement
Get ready for a thrilling year in Hearthstone! 2025 promises a whirlwind of surprises, innovative gameplay, and exciting new features. The usual lineup of expansions, Mini-Sets, and Battlegrounds seasons are on the way, building on the positive reception of the recent Heroes of StarCraft Mini-Set. Blizzard has even unveiled a roadmap offering a glimpse into the game's near future.
What's New in the Year of the Raptor?
A major highlight is the long-awaited Arena revamp. In development since last year, this update promises a revitalized Arena experience for both veteran and new players.
Cosmetics are also receiving a significant upgrade. Expect new Mythic skins and Signature cards, along with an entirely new addition: Pets! These adorable companions will be integrated into a new cosmetic acquisition system, details of which are yet to be fully revealed.
The Year of the Raptor officially begins with the "Into the Emerald Dream" expansion. Card reveals commence next week, but in-game celebrations are already underway. Complete the Event Track to earn rewards including The Great Dark Beyond Epic cards, packs from the new expansion, and a Raptor Herald card.
