A tropical getaway awaits Hearthstone players this summer! The Perils in Paradise expansion, launching July 23rd, introduces a brand-new keyword, a luxurious resort, and a whole host of exciting new mechanics. Read on for the details!

Escape to The Marin Resort in Azeroth!

This summer, escape to The Marin, a stunning new resort nestled in the sun-drenched beaches of Azeroth. Prepare for thrilling new gameplay, centered around the "Tourist" keyword.

What's a Tourist?

This innovative feature allows you to incorporate cards from other classes into your deck during the deckbuilding phase. Each class receives its own unique Tourist card. While only two have been revealed so far, expect exciting possibilities! Before we delve into those, check out the official Perils in Paradise announcement trailer:

Meet the Tourists!

So far, we've met two intriguing Tourists:

  • Sunsapper Lynessa (Paladin): A Rogue Tourist specializing in inexpensive spells.
  • Buttons (Shaman): A Shaman Tourist capable of drawing spells from all magic schools.

More than just Tourists!

Perils in Paradise introduces 145 new cards, including drink-themed spells (castable three times!), and game-changing Location cards with unique conditions. The fun starts now! Log in to receive a free legendary card, Marin the Manager!

Additional Updates:

  • Battlegrounds and Duos introduce 12 new Buddies, with updates to 23 existing ones.
  • The Perils in Paradise Mega Bundle ($79.99) includes 80 Perils in Paradise card packs, a random Golden Legendary card, a random Signature Legendary card, 10 Golden Perils in Paradise packs, the Hakkar the Houndmaster card back, and hero skin.
