Lord Semine's Sword Location in KCD2 Revealed

by Eric Apr 18,2025

The wedding between Lord Semine and Agnes in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2* is set to be a grand affair, but as expected, not everything goes smoothly. The sword intended as Lord Semine's gift has vanished, and it's up to you to retrieve it. Here’s how to find Lord Semine’s sword in the "Wedding Crashers" quest.

Finding Lord Semine’s Sword in "Wedding Crashers"

Radovan informs you that the sword, which was crafted from the Hermit's Sword as a gift for Lord Semine, has gone missing. He mentions seeing a suspicious individual wearing yellow earlier. Your first task is to locate this man in yellow.

You'll need to question anyone wearing yellow around the wedding venue. While most will deny any involvement, some will provide a clue, mentioning they saw a man in yellow heading upstairs in the stable. Upon investigating the stable's upper level, you'll encounter Hans attempting to charm a woman.

Although Hans is wearing yellow, he's not the thief. He saw Svatya, the bailiff's son and the bride's brother, take the sword. When questioned about Svatya's motives or the sword's location, Hans suggests you confront Svatya directly, as he didn't follow Svatya after the theft.

Confronting Svatya

Finding Svatya is straightforward. Exit the stables and head towards the tree where the musicians are playing for the wedding guests. Svatya will be to the right of the musicians, drinking near the stable wall. You'll notice he's carrying a sword, sparking hope of recovering Lord Semine's gift.

Unfortunately, Svatya has already disposed of the sword. He confesses to stealing it out of resentment towards Old Semine, hoping to embarrass him by making it seem like he misplaced his son's gift. However, he didn't consider the potential consequences or his father's unwillingness to protect him from theft charges.

Svatya reveals he threw the sword into the pond, unable to prepare a better hiding spot. If you previously danced with Myshka, she led you to the pond. Otherwise, head to Radovan's location; directly behind him, you'll find a door in the fence leading to the pond's edge.

Getting the Sword

Once you open the door, approach the water's edge and look down to spot the sword. Retrieve it from the pond, then return to Radovan. You can choose to reveal Svatya as the thief or simply state that the sword has been found.

With Lord Semine’s sword recovered and returned to Radovan, the wedding ceremony can proceed. Ensure you complete any time-sensitive tasks before speaking with Radovan, then congratulate the newlyweds and move on to the next main quest in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*.
