A $8,500+ Investment (Excluding Sales)
Hajimesyacho, a popular Japanese YouTuber known for diverse content, revealed his impressive Pokémon TCG Pocket accomplishment on Twitter (X). Since the game's October 30, 2024 launch, he's purchased the daily maximum of 720 Poke Gold, costing approximately $100 per day. Over 85 days, this amounts to an estimated $8,500, excluding any potential savings from sales events.
This dedication resulted in a collection of 50,000 cards, encompassing cards from the Genetic Apex (A1) and Mythical Island booster packs, along with limited-time promotional cards. The recently added "Pokedex" Trainer card, awarded for global card collection milestones, further highlights the scope of his achievement.
