HoYoverse's Tears of Themis unveils its latest update: "Ballad of the Dunes," a captivating collaboration with Gansu Province's Culture & Tourism. This crossover event seamlessly blends the game's signature detective elements with the rich cultural heritage of Dunhuang, a city nestled on the Gobi Desert's edge.

Ballad of the Dunes: A Journey Through Time

This event offers a unique blend of history, romance, and mystery, immersing players in the captivating atmosphere of the ancient Silk Road. Key additions include:

• Four New MR Cards: Featuring Luke, Artem, Vyn, and Marius, each card showcases distinct aspects of Dunhuang's culture, inspired by flying apsaras, intricate murals, and the traditional pipa. Their designs evoke the artistry of the Mogao Caves, reflecting the Silk Road's vibrant cultural exchange during the Western Han Dynasty (202 BC–8 AD).

• Unique Card Stories: Each MR card boasts a distinct narrative: Luke's "In the Footsteps of Silk," Artem's "Serenade of the Soul," Vyn's "Reverberation Through Time," and Marius's "Void of Creation." Private Messages further enrich the experience, offering a deeper dive into this thousand-year-old journey.

From February 13th to February 20th, 2025, players can earn Camel Bells, S-Chips, and other rewards by completing event tasks.
