Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and City Safari Events Announced!
Get ready, Pokémon GO Trainers! Two exciting events are coming your way: Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and Pokémon GO City Safari.
Pokémon GO Tour: Unova (February 21-23, 2025)
This in-person event, inspired by Pokémon Black, White, Black 2, and White 2, will take place in Los Angeles' Rose Bowl Stadium and New Taipei City's Metropolitan Park. Explore themed habitats (Winter Caverns, Spring Soiree, Summer Vacations, Autumn Masquerade) filled with Unova region Pokémon!
Here's what awaits:
- Shiny Pokémon Encounters: Shiny Meloetta via Masterwork Research, Shiny Sigilyph, Bouffalant, and more from eggs, and Shiny Pikachu with special hats from Field Research. Shiny Deerling variants will vary by habitat and time of day.
- Raids: Legendary Reshiram and Zekrom in Five-Star Raids, Druddigon in Three-Star Raids, and increased shiny rates for Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott in One-Star Raids.
- Tickets: Available now at a discounted price ($25 USD in Los Angeles, $630 NT in New Taipei). Add-on ticket options offer extra bonuses.
- Event Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time (PST for Los Angeles, GMT+8 for New Taipei). Enjoy booths, team lounges, and exclusive merchandise!

Pokémon GO City Safari (December 7-8, 2024)
This city-wide event will be held in Hong Kong and São Paulo, Brazil (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time). Join Professor Willow and Eevee to solve a Pokémon mystery!
Event highlights:
- Special Eevee: Receive an Eevee in an explorer hat! Evolve it into Sylveon, Jolteon, etc., and keep the hat. Complete the Eevee Explorers Expedition for a second hatted Eevee.
- Pokémon Encounters: Galarian Slowpoke, Unown P, Clamperl, and more in the wild. Oricorio (Pom-Pom and Sensu Styles), Swablu, and Skiddo from eggs. Location-specific Pokémon encounters!
- Maps & Visors: Maps will be provided to help you explore, and Pikachu/Eevee visors (while supplies last) will keep you shaded.
- Tickets: Available now ($10 USD in Hong Kong, R$45 in São Paulo). Add-ons available for extra items and increased shiny chances.
