RitimUS is a secure gaming platform designed to enhance children's mental development through engaging and educational games. The application's primary goal is to support various types of intelligence, catering to verbal, numerical, auditory, visual, and kinesthetic skills from first grade through secondary school. RitimUS is tailored for students in grades 1 through 4, offering content in both Turkish and English.
The games within RitimUS are structured to foster growth in two main areas: Intelligence Types and Problem Solving Skills. Intelligence Types include logical/mathematical, spatial/visual, linguistic/verbal, harmonic/rhythmic, and kinesthetic intelligence. Problem Solving Skills encompass analytical, innovative, lateral, adaptive, and learning-based analysis. Upon first accessing RitimUS, users must register using an email and password or opt for Google, Facebook, or iOS login methods. During registration, students specify their gender for avatar customization, along with their name and class.
Post-registration, students are guided through a brief questionnaire to identify their desired skills and intelligence types for development. This questionnaire influences the sequence and frequency of games tailored to the student's needs. RitimUS games are pedagogically certified and developed under the supervision of pedagogues, ensuring content free from violence, sexuality, and substance use.
To promote healthy gaming habits, RitimUS imposes a 40-minute daily play limit to support children's attention and technology management. Additionally, a bedtime notification appears at 22:00. The platform enhances the gaming experience with daily rewards such as avatar items, gold, and diamonds. A new Season feature allows players to earn keys through gameplay, unlocking chests for additional prizes.
RitimUS boasts over 100 games, with new additions monthly, and varying difficulty levels within each game. Gold and diamonds earned can be used to enhance avatars in the Market section, while points contribute to the leaderboard, which ranks the top 50 students and updates nightly at 12:00. After sufficient gameplay, RitimUS provides detailed performance graphics highlighting students' strengths and areas for improvement.
Paid membership offers unlimited access to games, expert-prepared performance reports, progress and ranking charts, and personalized game suggestions based on the student's progress.
